We want you to love your bookstore apparel, but if your items aren't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be unworn, unwashed, and include original tags to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.
Pack and Ship
Place your items in their original packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
